A small, jittery creature typically found deep within mountains, the Kobold is a common creature discovered by miners while excavating for metals and gems. Kobolds are one of the many creations of Valcus, the Forgemaster, and are usually seen as one of his weaker subordinates. They still worship the God, but their connection to him has faded over the many years. The Lesser Kobold is the smallest of the Kobolds, serving primarily as the grunt laborer to the much larger Kobolds. Though subservient in every way to the other Kobolds, the Lesser Kobold is still fierce when confronted and it is advisable to only approach when traveling with a large party.
